And if we talk about the body, then we are dealing with what is below the navel: feet, knees, hips. At the same time, in the case of the Lower World and the lower body, we are talking about what we rely on in our life above. That is, something that leads us, that we trust unconditionally, something that we have learned in an illogical way. That is why I invite you to get to know and open this part of the body, highlight it and give it its place. Name it.
