Level 3 practice is dedicated to the exploration of themes that require a special level of trust within the group and the personal maturity of the teacher. Dancers are required to have previous dance meditation experience in order to participate in Level 3 workshops.
Level 3 Categories
· Open Hearts: Working with emotions and the group as a collective witness of a personal process.
· Life Line: Working with personal history.
· JUICE: Working with sexuality.
Level 3 training is done through an apprenticeship model. Teachers with at least two years of experience of teaching at Level 2, who embody the values of our school and serve as inspiring role models and mentors for other teachers, are invited into this process.
