freedomDANCE is one of the most accessible ways to connect with your body and enhance awareness.

Each time we meet, we embark on a freedomDANCE cycle, a collective dancing journey consisting of three stages:

  • Opening: We warm up and gradually build intensity.
  • Transformation: We remain at the peak of activation.
  • Freedom: We gently settle into a state of calm.

 

The freedomDANCE structure supports us throughout the journey, yet there is no choreography or set steps to learn. As the name suggests, freedomDANCE is a completely free and spontaneous form of dance.

We dance to activate our physicality and tap into the fuller resources stored within us, beyond our minds. Moving our bodies turns out to be the quickest way to quiet our thoughts. Engaging with different energies and movements builds our awareness and presence.

Our sessions are open to everyone, regardless of age, weight, shape, or mood. No prior experience in dance or meditation is required to join our short classes.
