It’s January, baby. Let’s move.

A few weeks ago, I hit my limit. Work was intense, deadlines piled up, and I barely had the energy to make it through the day. My body? Screaming. Knees, hips, shoulders—all tight, all stuck. I skipped my morning yoga (a non-negotiable for two years). I stopped laughing at jokes. I became a robot.

Then, on the eve of winter, I woke up in the middle of the night with one thought: This is not me.

The next morning, I pulled myself into a freedomDANCE session. It wasn’t fancy, it wasn’t long, but it was everything. I left that space knowing one thing: Movement is my gift to myself.

It wasn’t just about shaking off stress. It was about reconnecting. The energy it gave me was pure creation, pure life. I felt my body wake up. My hips, my heart, my whole self. And let me tell you, the spark of sensuality—of just feeling alive—is no small thing.

That’s where RAW was born. This isn’t about being perfect or polished. It’s about showing up as you are and letting movement do its magic.
