Alex Svoboda, the founder of freedomDANCE will offer two sessions at this annual event - a standard 2-hour freedomDANCE class and also a morning freedomDANCE massage session. James Hodgson will provide live keyboard music for the freedomDANCE massage session.

Join us for an unchoreographed collective dancing journey, a freedomDANCE Cycle! We’ll go through three stages: activate in Opening, stay at the peak in Transformation and settle in Freedom.
This simple technique brings surprisingly powerful experience. Our dancers achieve a deep sensation of belonging - being at home in the body, a feeling of acceptance in the group and an acute sense of their unique place in the Universe.
Open to everyone, regardless of experience, age, weight, shape or mood.
