- Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th February 4.5 hour sessions each day (with 15 minute comfort break)

Tending to the Garden is looking with discerning eyes, that everything comes and goes. All activities of the body and the mind keep changing, not just thoughts and emotions but even our physical body up to the cellular level is constantly changing. Everything comes and goes. Everything is in constant flux every moment, every cell, every atom, every particle.
Like a garden that blooms and fades away - between the weeds, flowers grow - all are welcome... How do we tend to our garden of the soul? Do we shy away from the difficult and shine only when things are bright/beautiful? Do we crave the highs (the sun) and miss that we have roots in the earth/soil - even the most beautiful flowers grow from the mud/ dirt.
Let us be physical and invite the cells of the body to be open to this flux, to this fluid dance... Moving between shapes, thoughts and feelings - allowing our guests (flowers) to be seen, welcomed and accepted at the door of our awareness - given a table and rejoice in being human...
We will spend two weekends exploring this rich landscape, giving ourselves tools to be with what arises and live life to the full...
Bodie is a Conscious Movement Teacher with FreedomDANCE (Training Faculty), Open Floor International and trained directly with Gabrielle Roth (5Rhythms). He is also a psychotherapist, has been running groups, teaching mindfulness and conscious movement practices for over 20 years with workshops across the U.K., Europe, Russia, and Asia.
