My Dear Body a course with Alex Svoboda in Cambridge

This mini closed group is an opportunity to go back to the basics of our practice and talk to our bodies! We will use dance, words and ritual to have that conversation. This is our opportunity to listen to our body as well as honour and acknowledge it.
The freedomDANCE's Body Map will give us a structure to organise this learning journey.
You will have a delight of dancing with the same group of people over three Tuesday evenings.
Open to anyone. No prior experience is needed. This course has been approved for the purposes of freedomDANCE teacher training and professional development (Level 1, Body Map category).
