We are outside of the paradigm that forces us to focus on something separately: physical, mental or emotional.
We found a practice that works with everything in one clap:
✔ The body is being worked out so deeply that even the athletes who have come to our classes say that they get to muscles that they did not know existed.
✔ Our mind acquires the possibility of the deepest possible rest, and we come into contact with its intuitive, conscious plan.
✔ Through the creative movement all our emotions, including those that are usually suppressed, find a complete way out and transformation.
When we immerse ourselves in dance meditation, our separation into parts ceases to exist in principle. Dance restores and enriches the integrity of our experience.
⚠To participate in this workshop, you need 10 hours of conscious movement experience with one of the teachers or interns of freedomDANCE or another school teacher - a member of the International Association of Teachers of Conscious Movement (ICMTA). If there is no such experience, contact the organizers and they will help find a way to fulfill this requirement.
