I embarked on a transformative journey in conscious dance in 2015, which led me to embrace a life rooted in community and connection. Now trained as a freedomDANCE facilitator, I weave my French heritage into my teaching — adding a touch of Gallic charm and joie de vivre to every session.

I chose freedomDANCE as my modality because it embodies the profound relationship between movement, emotion, and awareness. Dancing, for me, is a way to experience freedom in both body and mind — a practice that reverberates far beyond the dance floor, inspiring openness, presence, and authentic self-expression. Beyond conscious movement and personal growth, freedomDANCE is also about joy, lightness, and the shared pleasure of connection.

Alongside my dance practice, I am an accredited Integrative and Relational Counsellor in private practice and the founder of Therapy Centre East London — a vibrant hub for healing and growth in the heart of Shoreditch. I have extensive experience supporting individuals to free themselves from compulsive sexual behaviours and other relationship challenges, and previously offered one-to-one support to people affected by or living with HIV at Positive East and Body & Soul.

I am also a director of Loving Men+, where I play an active role in overseeing operations for our events and initiatives. Loving Men+ creates spaces for gay, bi, and queer cis and trans men, as well as gender non-binary people, to connect on a deeper level, explore what it means to be intimate, and build a stronger sense of community.
