21-дневное путешествие с основателем школы freedomDANCE Алексом Свободой. Преподавание ведется на английском языке без перевода.
Группа засчитывается как изучение учебной программы freedomDANCE для целей подготовки преподавателей школы. Уровень 1 (категория "Уроки").
Предыдущий опыт для участия не требуется.
ОПИСАНИЕ:
- A 21-day freedomDANCE journey.
- 6 to 26 February.
- 9:00 - 11:00 am (UK) on 6 February.
- 9:00 - 9:30 am on all other days.
Would you like your life to be more like your dance? Would you like to experience more harmony, lightness and flow as you go through your days? Are you ready to take responsibility for making this vision a reality, with kind support from others?
If you are answering ‘yes’, 21 may be the right thing for you!
You must have heard that it takes 21 days of continuous practice for a new habit to take root. This freedomDANCE journey is your opportunity to cultivate a habit of seeing and treating your life as a dance. We will name things that we value most in our dance and make a commitment to notice and cultivate them in our daily life.
DAILY SESSION PLAN
- Arriving and connecting with each other.
- A ‘Lesson of the Day’ presentation.
- A short freedomDANCE cycle.
- A moment to share.
- An overview of optional additional task(s) for the day.
- A closing meditation.
You need to commit to all sessions in order to participate. If you have to miss a session and would like to continue with the challenge, you need to practice by yourself at a convenient time on the same day using recorded music and presentation and confirm completion and/or share your insights on our private Facebook group or by email.
An added bonus of this program is that you will get to keep all presentations and music and can do the entire challenge or any individual sessions again on your own, whenever you need to reconnect your dance with your life off the dance floor.

6 hours of prior experience recommended but not required.
This 21-day journey is part of the freedomDANCE curriculum study component of our teacher trainings: 12 hours of Level 2 (Lessons).
