'It's not an easy time.
More and more people cry in my Thursday classes online.
Pandemic. Isolation. Politics. A long winter...
It would be just unforgivable not to use everything that we have available to support ourselves!
That's why I am inviting you to join an expedition to search for resources.
And you won't even have to leave your home.
On the contrary, the attention will be directed inside, onto your own life.
Our goal is to harness the power of the dance with movement exercises and see, name and start using more fully these resources that we receive as gifts at various points in our lives.
We will even look into the future!
How can we find resources in this part of our life that we haven't lived yet... and even in our own death?
Our physical practice and the energy of the group will provide additional support.
We need to use everything that we have to the max!"
PRE-REQUISITES
This is a Level 3 workshop. You need to have danced for at least 20 hours with teaching members of the freedomDANCE School. Just let us know if you need help with meeting this requirement.
The workshop is part of freedomDANCE teacher training - 18 hours of Level 3 practice (Life Line category).
