We dance to wake up! We stir and awaken our inner energies to meet the relationship in contact with the outer world.
We are made of the elements that reach back for millennia, the same essential elements that our brothers and sisters of the animal kingdom are made of… Earth, water, fire, air and space (Ether).
This ‘animal body’ connection and resonance runs deep, beyond words and deeds/action in the world - it touches dreamtime, the subtle, the tender and calls for courage and the brave to step forward. In these times of change, the one thing we can hold onto is that this too will change and what courage/resource can we call forward our my dance to support this next step.
This is the invitation -we will spend this weekend exploring this map of power animal and embodiment (dance) with curiosity… Calling upon specific energies and qualities of our animal friends to be with us, to move us, to motivate us, to wake us up from our sleepwalking slumber…
